Authorities say homicide detectives have been called to investigate the deaths of two newborns whose bodies were found in north Philadelphia. Police said the bodies of a newborn male and a newborn female were found lying in the grass next to a used car lot in the Kensington neighborhood just before 10:30 a.m. Sunday. The infants were pronounced dead minutes later by a medical unit and homicide detectives were notified. There was no immediate information about the cause of death....
