A black Seat car full of weapons was discovered Sunday in the suburb of Montreuil, east of Paris, raising the possibility that some of the terrorists involved in Friday night’s coordinated assault may have escaped. A black Seat was earlier linked to the attacks on the Le Carillon Bar and Le Petit Cambodge restaurant although it is not clear if this is the same vehicle.
